Kaiser Söhne Mineralöle GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the Petronord Group since mid-2002. Over the course of its history, the company has developed from a traditional mineral oil trader to a lubricant specialist for industrial production processes. Today, Kaiser Söhne offers its customers complete lubricant management with a large product range, more than 2 million litres of storage capacity and its own fleet of vehicles.
With effect from 1 February 2024, the shareholders of Kaiser Söhne have reached an agreement to jointly sell the company to Adolf ROTH GmbH & Co. KG in Gießen, as part of a share deal.
