Since 2016, Marquard & Bahls has been cooperating with the non-profit initiative JOBLINGE Kompass to support young people with a refugee background in entering the job market. Numerous employees - including those of the Mabanaft Group - got involved in the mentoring programme as well as language and conversation training and brought the cooperation to life. For us at Mabanaft, it is particularly important to continue this established diversity project - because social inclusion and diversity are important to us.
We therefore offer our employees throughout Germany both placement in the mentoring programme and participation in the conversation training.
In 2021, Mabanaft supported the JOBLINGE initiative with a donation of 5,000 euros to support the technical expansion of the infrastructure, such as the purchase and repair of loaner laptops. The latest round of JOBLINGE conversation training started in autumn. We would like to thank our employees for their active commitment as trainers and mentors, as this project depends on them so much.
